How to make apple pie

Apples are used in many recipes related to pastry, for example if we have to name a few we can mention the Apple Strudel, the small bills that have caramelized apples on top, or the Apple Streusel that is the simple recipe that we see in question. Filling procedure:

Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes, put the butter in a pan and add the apples. In the same pan we put the sugar and jam.

Mix and add very little water without letting the preparation never boil, not putting it from the beginning. Cook the preparation until the apples are already tender enough to be able to prick them easily, when this happens we take out the filling and let it cool.


Cover procedure:

I put the flour in a bowl, together with the sugar and add the melted butter making it incorporate well, when we notice a spice of broken dough that can be undone in the hand, as much as joining when squeezing means that it is ready.


We put the filling on the dough, then the cover, sprinkle with impalpable sugar and put in the oven for 30 or 40 minutes on fire at 170º.
