However, we can prepare it at any time of the year and enjoy all the benefits that this tropical fruit gives us, among which its high content of vitamin C and diuretic properties stand out. The first thing we are going to do is the pineapple cake candy. It's very simple, you just have to follow the steps of this caramel recipe but with the amounts specified in the ingredients section. Once done, distribute it throughout the cake pan and place the pineapple slices in syrup for decoration. If you wish, you can make your own pineapple in syrup. To make it look even better, you can place red cherries in the center of the slices. Reserve the mold with caramel and pineapple for later. Preheat the oven 180ºC.

Now we start with the cake dough. To do this, start mixing the butter with the sugar Until you get a cream. Ideally, use wheat flour but if you want to make this cake suitable for coeliacs you can adapt all the ingredients.
