- 4 large potatoes

The first thing to do when we have all the ingredients is Peel the potatoes and cut them in sheets so that they acquire a rounded shape, trying not to cut them too thick so as not to risk them being raw. It is only about giving a golden touch to the salmon and that it is a little cooked on the outside.4
Once we have achieved the golden hue of salmon and our potatoes, which continue in the oven, if they are already soft, we remove them and we introduce the salmon. We add the amount of a glass of white wine on the contents of the tray and put it back in the oven, at the same temperature as before, until the salmon is done inside. Normally, the time it takes to cook salmon it is not more than 10 minutes, so it is best to review the state of our salmon to prevent burning or drying out.5
